| 職位職責(zé)和職位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
A. POSITION SUMMARY:
The First Article Inspection Engineer’s primary responsibility is to support the Sunrise R&D teams around the world by measuring suppliers’ components against the Sunrise specifications to the FAI process. The job also includes making measurements and recording results, validating supporting data such as material test reports, root cause analysis, problem solving and product documentation. Interaction with other functional groups, such as Manufacturing, Quality and Purchasing is essential. All activities must comply with Sunrise Medical processes and ISO 13485 Quality Management System and furthermore be familiar with Regulatory requirements （CE, EU MDR, UKCA, FDA, etc.）.
B. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: （Select from the selections below that apply）
Design Tasks
? Apply technical knowledge and understanding to process problems.
? Determine and apply inspection technique knowledge to conduct component/product measurements according to best practice.
? In addition to size and geometric measurements, evaluate surface finish （paint, plating, machined surface, etc） according to specified tolerance.
? Validate material test reports against specification.
? Apply analytical capabilities to accurately predict process capabilities based on measurement results vs. the specified tolerance.
? Ability to operate 3d measuring equipment and use micrometers, vernier calipers and measuring gauges.
? Ability to assemble and disassemble medical products.
? Read and understand design drawings and measure components accordingly.
? Adjust, rework and manufacture jigs to enable accurate component measurement to the specified datums； either by doing it yourself or looking after outsourcing.
? Evaluate proper fit/function of component assemblies.
? Understand project Plans and ensure FAI is completed in accordance with each Plan.
? Take responsibility for measurement results.
? Communicate measurement results by writing and speaking good English
? Issue proper FAI report documentation and communicate accordingly.
? Perform root cause analysis and evaluation of product quality issues, identify, implement solutions, and feedback into the appropriate process to eliminate future issues.
? Work with the other Engineers, departments, test labs and suppliers to ensure successful project completion.
C. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
? Technician qualification in Quality, Process or Mechanical related engineering discipline required.
? Experience preferably in medical related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
? Be able to resolve issues in a structured, logical timely manner.
? Able communicate, read and write clearly in the English language.
? Able to travel 10% of the time to North America or Europe （passport required）
