Project enginner

工作內(nèi)容：

1. Review the customer prints, engineering specifications and relative industrial standards, interpret the specifications and standards when needs.
2. Participate in the APQP (Advanced Part Quality Planning) activities with project team, help to generate PFMEA, CP and relevant documentation.
3. Manage all electronic data for engineering department.
4. Reviewing quality data, PPAP review, SPC, and capability studies for parts.
5. Analyze and help solve the production issue on the workshop floor as required by American Micro and the supplier.
6. Participate in /assist with supplier quality development in designated supplier
7. Participate in supplier NCMR per procedure
8. Review and approve the control plan and inspection plan from supplier.
9. Participates in supplier quality systems, product, or process audits as required.
10. Provides assistance, monitoring and feedback to suppliers in the development and execution of corrective actions
11. Assist with continuous improvement procedures and processes.
12. Completes all data collection and reporting in accordance with associated work instructions.
13. Performs final inspection for delivered goods.

2. 具指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商加工流程經(jīng)驗(yàn)；及機(jī)械加工廠經(jīng)驗(yàn)者
3. 具5年供應(yīng)商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)及技術(shù)背景 4. Four years Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related sciences or equivalent work experience.
5. Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing process design with 2 years experience in quality.
